DMCA Policy
Our Position
downloadxAI is a technical tool. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any video files or other copyrighted content. Content is processed transiently in the user's own browser session and never passes through our storage systems. Nevertheless, we respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through the Service, please send a notice to our designated agent at support@videodownloaderai.com. To be effective, your notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material can be found, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
We review every compliant notice and aim to respond within 24–48 hours. As we do not host content, our remedy is typically to block, remove, or disable access to the referenced URLs or functionality where technically possible, and to notify the affected user where appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
We take repeat infringement seriously. Users who are determined to be repeat infringers will have their access to the Service terminated where we are able to identify and restrict such use, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, along with your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court. Send counter-notices to the same email address above.
