Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the downloader — cost, safety, devices, and fixing common issues.

General

Yes, completely free. There are no subscriptions, hidden paywalls, or download limits. Our goal is a fast, clean tool that just works.

Safety & Legality

The tool runs entirely in your browser and we never ask for personal information. As with any website, keep your browser updated and be cautious of lookalike sites that claim to be us.

Devices

Any device with a modern browser: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. There is nothing to install — the whole tool runs on the web page.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you pasted a complete SpankBang video URL, including the domain and the video path — not just the page title or a shortened link. Copy the address straight from your browser's address bar.
